Positioning is a bet, not a description.

Most brand strategy documents don't actually say anything. Mission, vision, values, repeat. They describe what a company already believes about itself, dressed up in a deck. None of that moves market share, and none of it gives a customer a reason to choose you over the brand next to you on the shelf.

The positioning that actually works isn't a description. It's a bet — a specific, falsifiable claim about the category: this is the thing we're right about that everyone else is wrong about.

That's the whole method behind how we work: Mine the true thing. Shape it into every touchpoint. Activate it until competitors have to react to you, not the other way around.

So here's the question we'd ask about your brand right now: what's the bet you're actually making?
